1. About Earth · Pulse

Earth · Pulse is a personal almanac showing public space-weather data alongside AI-written reflections. It is a wellness product, not medical, financial, or scientific advice.

2. Nothing here is medical advice

All descriptions of physical, emotional, or manifestation effects are reported patterns — never diagnoses, prescriptions, or predictions. Consult a qualified professional for anything that affects your health.

3. Cosmic Birth Chart Readings

Birth charts are calculated from Swiss Ephemeris data and interpreted by an AI model. They are for entertainment and personal reflection. Astrological information should not drive medical, legal, financial, or major life decisions.

4. Prices, refunds and consumer rights

The Cosmic Birth Chart Reading and the Cosmic Compatibility Reading are each £11.11 (one-time). Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Digital content notice (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations): readings are delivered immediately after payment. By clicking "pay" you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If the reading fails to generate due to a fault on our side, contact hello@earthpulse.store for a full refund within 14 days.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, spam, resell, or use the service to harm others. Journal entries must not contain personal data of third parties. We may remove content or block access for abuse.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, code and AI-written outputs are © 2026 Earth · Pulse. Your birth-chart reading is licensed to you for personal use. Cosmic weather data is sourced from NOAA and ResonanceOne under their respective public terms.

7. Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect losses or decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
